Our Guarantee

It is of great importance to us at Sun Protective Clothing Company that all our customers are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-800-353-8778 and we will be glad to arrange an exchange or refund (less shipping costs).

How to Return

1. Please write us a note telling us how you want us to handle the return. Would like us to exchange the item, issue a Gift Certificate, issue a refund etc.
2. Please give us your telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.
3. All returns require a "Return Merchandise Authorization "(RMA) number which can be obtained by calling 1-800-353-8778.
4. All items returned are to be sent prepaid parcel post within 10 days of receiving the RMA number.
5. Returned product in the original shape and packaging.
6. "RETURNED MERCHANDISE" and RMA must be clearly and boldly written on the outside of all returned packages.

Ordering Online

1. Ordering is made very painless.
2. Select a product, and then pick from the variation drop down lists.
3. Click the order button to indicate you wish to purchase the item.
4. Your item will be placed in the shopping cart on the left-hand side of your screen. You will be able to see everything that is currently in your cart.
5. When you are finished shopping click on the checkout button below your shopping cart.
6. This button will take you to the checkout page.
7. If you are satisfied with your selections click the shipping button to continue through with your purchase.
8. Fully complete the shipping information before clicking the Next button.
9. Enter your credit card information and click SUBMIT.
10. This completes your transaction.
11. You will be e-mailed a receipt detailing your order.

Phone Orders

As above use the online catalogue to select items and place them in the shopping cart. Click the checkout button and print the page. Call 1-800-353-8778. Many people find it helpful if they use this method or use our order form (enclosed in catalogue) and have your credit card handy a prior to phoning. This will make your phone ordering run very smoothly.

Faxing Orders

As above you can use the catalogue to select products you wish to purchase and place them in the shopping cart. In this case follow through with the purchasing procedure. Do not press the submit button but instead print these pages and fax to 1-613 384-2780. This is a direct fax line available 24 hours/day to receive orders.

To Order by Mail

Repeat steps for faxing orders but instead of faxing, mail the order and payment information/ cheque/ Gift Certificate/or money order to:
